Your registration will remain active for the next 10 days; if no proof of payment is received during those 10 days, your registration will be automatically discarded. Your registration will be confirmed by email upon reception of full payment by the congress secretariat.

Welcome to the EFPRA Algarve 2020 online registration.
This service will let you register in the congress and select your payment method amongst two options:
• Credit Card: you will be redirected to an officially secured payment system.
• Bank transfer: Bank account details will be provided once you select this option.
The accompanying person shall be registered on the registration on line platform: Both the delegate and accompanying person can be registered simultaneously or in case the accompanying person’s registration occurs later, the participant confirmation code and password (provided in confirmation email) shall be used to connect to the participant account.
The online registration form allows you to insert different invoicing details for the delegate and for the accompanying person.
Terms and Conditions
The following payment methods are accepted: credit card (Visa or Mastercard) and bank transfer.
VISA and MasterCard are accepted.
Online payments will be processed via a secure payment page on the EFPRA 2020 online registration system.

If you select bank transfer on the registration form, you will receive a registration number that we kindly ask you to mention on your bank transfer.
On the online registration form you will be asked to fill in the invoicing details. In case the participant needs a separate invoice for the accompanying person, the online registration form allows you to insert different invoicing data.
Invoice(s) will be sent to you by email once the full payment is received by the secretariat.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
In the event of cancellation (delegate and/or accompanying person) or name change, written notification should be sent to the Organizing Secretariat by email: email@example.com
The following cancellation fees will apply:
- Before 31st January 2020: full refund, excluding an administration fee of € 150* per participant.
- After 31st January 2020: no refund
All refunds will be processed and issued within 30 days after the Congress.
Name changes are possible at an extra charge of € 80*.
* Refund values include Portuguese VAT (23%)
In the case of Government intervention or regulation, military activity, strikes or any other circumstances that make it impossible or inadvisable for the congress to take place at the time and place provided, the participant shall waive any claim for damages or compensation except the amount paid for registration after deduction of actual expenses incurred in connection with the congress and there shall be no future liability on the part of either party.
Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that at the time you register for the Conference and book your travel you take out an insurance policy of your choice. The policy should include loss of fees/deposit through cancellation of your participation in the Conference, or through cancellation of the Conference, loss of international/domestic air fares through cancellation for any reason, loss of tour monies through cancellation for any reason including airline or related services strikes within Portugal, failure to attend tours or pre-booked arrangements due to airline delay, Force Majeure or any other reason, medical expenses (including sickness and accident cover), loss or damage to personal property, additional expenses and repatriation should travel arrangements have to be altered. The Conference organizers cannot take any responsibility for any participant failing to arrange their own insurance. This insurance is to be purchased in your country of origin.
